2. User Accounts & Security
To access cloud synchronization features across devices, you may create a user account powered by Supabase authentication.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
- Prohibited Uses: You agree not to engage in unauthorized access, automated account creation, rate limit circumvention, or bot abuse. Authentication forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system integrity, security policies, or automated abuse rules.
3. Google AdSense & Advertising Policies
Nexus Hub displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense to support free service availability.
- Fair Ad Interaction: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in artificial ad clicks, automated click generation, or fraudulent interactions with Google AdSense advertisements.
- Ad-Blocker Notice: While we respect user autonomy regarding content filtering, disabling or blocking essential application elements is done at your own risk. Non-essential advertising scripts are loaded only upon explicit opt-in cookie consent in compliance with GDPR.
- Compliance with Google Publisher Policies: All ad placements on Nexus Hub adhere strictly to Google's Publisher Policies.
4. Intellectual Property & License
Nexus Hub and its original content, features, soundscapes, timer logic, and design system are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nexus Hub for personal productivity purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Nexus Hub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we utilize hybrid offline-first local storage and Supabase cloud backups to safeguard your workspace data, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or zero data loss. You are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical notes or task data.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of Nexus Hub following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
